Collaboration

The Comments & Mentions feature allows users to leave feedback and tag specific individuals in discussions, ensuring relevant parties are notified and can respond promptly.

Comments​

Use the comments icon in the tool bar to place a comment anywhere on the canvas. Your profile icon and the comments box will appear. Enter text and press enter or click the arrow button to start a thread.

To hide the comments box, press the X button in the upper right hand corner. To resolve the thread, press the checkmark button.

Mentions​

Mention any user in the workspace by typing the @ symbol in the comments box, then typing or selecting the user’s name from the dropdown. The user will receive an email notification with a link to the comment thread.

Awareness Cursors

The Awareness Cursors feature shows the real-time location and actions of other collaborators' cursors, enhancing coordination and visibility in shared documents.
